Terms and Conditions for WhatsApp Store by Libromi on Shopify
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the WhatsApp Store by Libromi application (“App”) on Shopify, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use this App.
2. Subscription Requirement
Although the App is free to install on Shopify, activation and continued use require a subscription to a paid package offered by Libromi (“Subscription”). Details regarding the Subscription, including fees and services, are available on the Libromi website.
3. Integration with Meta Catalog
Products assigned to the WhatsApp Store by Libromi sales channel will be submitted to the Meta catalog to enable commerce features on WhatsApp. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that all products comply with the Meta Commerce Policies.
4. Compliance with Meta Commerce Policies
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through the App comply with Meta’s commerce terms. Users must review and adhere to these policies to avoid any disruptions in service.
5. Disconnection and Data Removal
Upon disconnection of the App, all associated products will be automatically removed from both the Meta catalog and Libromi systems.
6. Order Management
Once configured, any orders placed via WhatsApp will initially appear as draft orders in Shopify. Upon completion, these orders will be moved to the finalized orders section. Users are responsible for managing and processing these orders in accordance with Shopify practices.
7. Customization of Chatflow
Users are responsible for any modifications made to the default chatflow provided by Libromi. It is important to carefully review and test any changes to ensure they meet your business needs and comply with applicable regulations.
8. Product Updates and Synchronization
When performing bulk updates on products in Shopify, Users must ensure that product prices and stock levels are accurately synced and verified with the Meta catalog. Libromi is not responsible for any discrepancies or failures to sync product stock status or pricing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Libromi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Libromi and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the App, breach of these Terms, or the violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Changes to Terms
Libromi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the App after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Libromi is incorporated (UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
